Environmental Science

Are you interesting in helping to solve environmental challenges? Would you enjoy learning about the interactions between the physical, chemical and biological components of the environment and how they affect the organisms living there? The Associate in Arts degree will provide you with a general education background for transfer to a university program. Graduates are prepared to choose jobs in environmental policy analysis, environmental risk, or computer modeling.

  • A.A. Degree — Complete your first two years of college at IRSC, and you’re guaranteed the right to transfer as a junior to a Bachelor’s program at a Florida state university — or continue to a Bachelor’s degree at IRSC.
