Learn all about the fundamentals of power plant systems, computer aided schematic design, and electronics and circuitry at the Brown Center for Innovation And Entrepreneurship at the IRSC Main Campus in Fort Pierce, and benefit from the hands-on experience at the Flow Loop Simulator located at the Brown Center of IRSC.

Gain the skills to maintain and operate power plant systems, including the sophisticated technical equipment used in the operation of today's power plants. With an Applied Science degree from IRSC, you'll be ready for a great career - graduates average over $50,000 per year!

 Brown Center for Innovation

Classes are held Monday through Friday mornings at the Brown Center For Innovation And Entrepreneurship based at the College's Main Campus in Fort Pierce. Built to Silver LEED national standards for environmental construction, the Center is partially powered by a solar panel field and wind turbines. Training laboratories focus on nuclear energy, alternative energy, sustainable building, photonics/optics, nanotechnology and more.
