Raulerson Hospital Auditorium

  • Accommodates 175 people auditorium, 120 banquet style, and 100 classroom style.
  • Adjacent Covered Veranda for receptions, snack breaks, and networking sessions.
  • Adjacent culinary kitchen.
  • Fully equipped with sophisticated presentation technology, including multiple LCD projection system, Smart Board, Digital Document Camera, Plasma Screens, VCR/CD Rom/DVD/Audio Cassette/CD Player, Superior Sound System, and Lighting and Sound Options.

TD Bank Strategic Planning Center

  • Acccommodates up to 16 participants.
  • This unique multi-media room is fully equipped with: Smart board, projection system, Workstation VCR/CD Rom/DVD/Audio Cassette/CD Player, and Superior Sound System.
  • Two connected break-out rooms, each is equipped with dry erase boards, notebook computers linked to main room smart board, plasma screen linked to Main Room to coordinate input from breakout groups for a finished strategic plan at the end of the session.

Chartier Family Computer Systems Technology Lab

  • Accommodates 1 facilitator and 22 students.
  • 20 workstations with Windows XP, Office XP, and Internet Access.
  • LCD Projector, Document Camera, Sound, DVD/VHS Player.
  • Dry Erase Whiteboard.

Non-Profit Rate - $50/hour
For Profit Rate - $100/hour

Frances G. Syfrett Multi-Purpose Classroom

  • Facilitator Work Station, LCD Projector, Document Camera, DVD/VHS/Player.
  • Accommodates 38 participants.
  • LCD Projector, Document Camera, Sound, DVD/VHS Player.
  • Dry Erase Whiteboard.

Non-Profit Rate - No Charge/hour
For Profit Rate - $20/hour

Pete and Susanne Clemons/Charles and Linda Syfrett Catering Kitchen

  • Equipped with commercial refrigerator, commercial freezer, stove, convection bake oven, ice maker, hot box, and divided sink.
  • Facilitator Work Station, LCD Projector, Document Camera, DVD/VHS Player, Plasma Screens.
  • List of caterers is available upon request.
  • Caterers Agreement must be completed and signed.
  • Caterers must supply copy of license and insurance to center.
  • Client may bring own refreshments and use kitchen.

For Profit Rate - $10/hour

*Conditions for return of deposits: Kitchen, banquet rooms, and classrooms must be free of damage and brought back to cleaned condition for full deposit refund. Please allow 21 days for refund of deposits.


Renters must deliver a certificate of insurance showing that they have in force bodily injury and property damage liability protection in an amount of no less than $1,000,000 combined single limit and indicating that the IRSC District Board of Trustees is named as additional insured under such policies for the duration of the event. The certificate must be provided to the Center not less than 14 days prior to the event. The facility cannot be rented without this coverage. If your organization does not have insurance then you must purchase insurance through IRSC. Please contact Joe Arnold at (863) 824-6025 for current rates.
